Frasier's wine collection

I can't recall the episode, but I remember Frasier asking a date to choose a bottle of wine from his collection, from the 'Frasier's Favourites' list.

Apart from a small wine rack in the kitchen, I don't remember ever seeing either Frasier or Niles' collections? I imagine they would both keep a large supply, but living in apartments, wouldn't have access to a cellar.

I guess I'm not nearly rich enough to know what you'd do if you have an extensive wine collection, but nowhere to keep it . I can only suppose Frasier keeps his favourites in the flat and the rest is in some sort of rented cellar? Maybe the wine club has a cellar where they all keep their wine?
As for Niles, he even has a gift-wrapping room at the Montana, so I don't doubt he's had one room converted into a wine paradise .
